All abstract submissions to be received no later than 23:59 on Monday 27th August 2018

On behalf of the local committee, we would like to welcome participation at the combined British Scoliosis Society and Irish Spine Society Meeting 2018. The meeting will be held in Belfast over three days (28th-30th November 2018) and we hope will attract a large number of delegates from across the U.K. and Ireland.

Guest speakers from Australia, Ireland and the U.K. will give various key note lectures on the Thursday and Friday. Prior to the main conference a symposium session will be held on the Wednesday for senior consultants from across the Country. The annual dinner will be held in the Titanic museum - a world class venue.

The venue for the conference will be the Europa hotel in the centre of Belfast, close to all that Belfast now has to offer and easily accessible from all parts of the U.K. by air, land or ferry.

This year the conference will focus on all aspects of scoliosis surgery - adolescent scoliosis, early onset scoliosis, neuromuscular scoliosis, tethering, complication management and conservative options. The programme will appeal to a wide cross section of our spinal community.

We expect surgeons and trainees for across the U.K. and Ireland to attend this event. On behalf of the organising committee, I would warmly invite you to join us and make this a very special combined societies meeting.
